Why a blog?

We decided to create a blog that would
be a record of my daughter's school days. The aim will be to give a
picture of how children are obliged to spend their time, what is
expected of them in school and how much time is spent actually
doing useful or interesting things. I suppose the hope might be
that people can judge for themselves if it is a worthwhile
institution.
